We do not set one fixed MOQ for every project. The minimum order quantity is evaluated according to product style, structural complexity and surface decoration. Stock standard packaging and newly developed custom molds have different minimum order requirements. We support small trial orders for brands and will recommend a suitable starting quantity based on your project, balancing new-product testing with mass-production cost. We focus on packaging for both color cosmetics and skincare: cushion compacts, powder compacts, lipstick cases, lip gloss tubes, eye cream jars, cream jars, serum dropper bottles, spray bottles and a full range of plastic and acrylic packaging. It is not only an empty component. We also provide surface decoration including spraying, electroplating, silk printing, hot stamping and UV printing, giving you one-stop delivery of packaging structure and appearance finishing without coordinating several factories.

Our main materials include ABS, AS, PP, PET and acrylic cosmetic-grade plastics. PCR recycled material and biodegradable options are also available for overseas brands with environmental or compliance requirements. Material test reports are available by batch. We also review the formula, such as aggressive foundation liquids or essential oils, and recommend a compatible material to reduce interaction between the formula and packaging. This compatibility step is often overlooked in the market.

Yes. We work with a long-term mold workshop and manage the project from concept sketch, 3D modeling and prototype samples through mold processing, trial molding and repair. We evaluate structure feasibility, tooling cost and production risks before cutting steel, helping avoid cracking, leakage and assembly issues later. Mold ownership can be agreed with the customer, and long-term maintenance support is available after delivery.

Yes. Stock samples can be dispatched quickly. For custom designs, we can first produce a 3D-printed prototype so you can touch and evaluate the appearance and structure. Sample fees can be refunded against a later mass-production order according to the agreed terms. We also supply material information and decoration references so you can complete formula compatibility testing directly.

Stock packaging: normally shipped within 3-7 working days after payment. Custom projects including mold development and production: mold lead time is approximately 25-40 days after prototype approval, followed by mass production of approximately 20-35 days, depending on decoration complexity and order quantity. We provide a clear project schedule and update key milestones such as trial molding, first samples and mass production. If an exception occurs, we communicate early instead of waiting until the delivery date.

We operate a three-stage quality-control system: incoming material inspection, in-process sampling every two hours, and final inspection covering appearance, dimensions, sealing and assembly. Each shipment includes an inspection report. For cushion compacts, lip gloss and other products prone to leakage or assembly sticking, we add sealing and drop tests. If a batch quality issue occurs, we respond quickly and agree on rework or replacement with clear responsibility.
