BESPOKE COSMETIC PACKAGING

Airless Pump Bottle Manufacturing
Develop a custom airless pack with the right output, seal, decoration and production controls for your formula.
Supplier Overview
An airless pump bottle is not selected by capacity alone. The piston, valve, actuator and internal pressure path determine how the product is dispensed, how much remains at the end of use and whether the formula remains protected during repeated use. A package that performs well with a low-viscosity serum may behave differently with a cream, gel or silicone-heavy formula.
Everstore supports airless packaging projects from stock model selection through custom mould development. We match the bottle, pump engine, overcap and decoration as one system, then validate output, leakage, actuation and component fit before mass production.
Choose an existing mould for faster sampling or develop a dedicated bottle shape, capacity and pump interface for brand differentiation.
Pump output, suction, piston movement and material compatibility are reviewed against the product viscosity and filling method.
Spraying, metallisation, printing, hot stamping, matte finishes and PCR-ready moulded colours can be combined with the bottle and actuator.
Samples cover appearance, dimensions, pump function, leakage and assembly before the approved configuration moves to bulk production.
Materials & Construction
A practical choice for many airless bottles and internal components because of chemical resistance and moulding stability.
Recycled-content options can be evaluated for colour, odour, processing consistency and compatibility with the formula.
Used where clarity or thick-wall visual effects matter; component and decoration compatibility should be confirmed.
Can create a premium outer appearance while a functional inner cartridge manages dispensing and product contact.
Development Process
01
Share viscosity, fill volume, target output, product-contact requirements and the intended retail or professional channel.
02
Choose a stock mould or define a new bottle, cartridge, pump engine and actuator with the correct interfaces.
03
Confirm colour, finish, print, sample function and component fit against a documented reference.
04
Lock the approved specification, inspect production against it and prepare packing for the destination market.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We review the drawing, target capacity, formula and pump requirements, then confirm whether an existing mould can be adapted or a new tool is required.
Pump selection is based on the formula viscosity, desired dose, filling method and end-user experience. The proposed output is verified with a physical sample.
PCR PP and other recycled-content options can be evaluated. Colour, odour, drop performance and compatibility with the internal components need to be tested before approval.
MOQ depends on whether an existing mould is used, the required decoration and the production process. Stock formats generally have a lower entry quantity than a new mould.
Yes. Stock samples or custom samples can be supplied for structure, output, compatibility and decoration evaluation before a production order is placed.
